Wonderful parenting blog...discipline is so difficult and every parent has their own issues with it.
How do we actually discipline in a way that is effective?
One of the keys is to be consistent with the rules of good behavior so that your child knows what is expected of him/her. This is not always easy but it is necessary for all the caregivers to be "on the same page" with the child's behavior expectations and the discipline rules.
