Now that school has started it is so important to start your child out with a good breakfast as well as something that they will actually eat. Here are some great suggestions.
There really is no good excuse for a skimpy breakfast...yes it does take time but it will give your child a healthy start to his/her day.
Children need breakfast to give them the energy that they need to put into a day in school. Don't forget a healthy lunch as well.
